Devin D. Collier joins Barron & Redding!

Barron & Redding is pleased to announce that Devin D. Collier has joined the firm! Prior to Barron & Redding, Devin practiced as an Assistant State Attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit where he was a felony trial division chief. Devin began his career as an appellate attorney practicing primarily before Florida’s First District Court of Appeals. During his career, he has tried approximately thirty-five jury trials to verdict.

For the second year in a row, Ted Howell is recognized as a member of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars

For the second year in a row, Ted Howell, a shareholder with the firm of Barron & Redding, has been recognized by his peers as a member of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars.  The Rising Stars recognizes the top attorneys in the state under the age of 40 and represents less than 2.5% of the attorneys in the state.  Ted maintains a broad-based civil litigation practice.

Ted Howell, a shareholder with the firm of Barron & Redding, has been recognized by his peers as a member of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars.  The Rising Stars recognizes the top attorneys in the state under the age of 40 and represents less than 2.5% of the attorneys in the state.  Ted maintains a broad-based civil litigation practice.  In addition to his practice, Ted currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Florida Bar.

Brian Leebrick recognized as a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite for 2013

Brian D. Leebrick, a shareholder with the firm of Barron & Redding, has been recognized by his peers as a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite for 2013.  Brian was recognized by fellow attorneys as an “Up & Comer”, an attorney under the age of 40 who has exhibited leadership in the law and in his community.  The Florida Trend Legal Elite represents fewer than 2% of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida, and less than 200 lawyers were recognized as “Up & Comers” by the magazine.  Brian is the only attorney in Bay County to be recognized as one of Florida’s Legal Elite for 2013.  This is Brian’s second appearance on Florida Trend’s Legal Elite list.  Brian’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactions, banking, and estate planning and probate.
