Barron & Redding offers opportunities for both recent law school graduates and experienced lawyers seeking to combine a challenging law practice with the beauty and slower pace of life in Florida’s panhandle region. Both entry-level and summer associates can expect exposure to all of the firm’s practice areas. Transactional associates quickly take on responsibilities commensurate with their skills, and litigation associates play an integral role in arguing motions and trying cases. Summer associates typically spend time out of the office at depositions, hearings and client meetings.
The firm operates from waterfront offices one block from the Bay County Courthouse. Our central location benefits both us and the clients we serve by making local litigation convenient and eliminating travel expenses. The firm’s dock has been an ideal point of departure for offshore trips with clients and other attorneys.
In addition to exceptional service to our clients, Barron & Redding has a proud history of service to the legal community. Firm attorneys have served as leaders in the legal community as members of the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors , the St. Andrews Bay Chapter of the American Inns of Court, the Northern District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Board of Bar Examiners.
Barron & Redding is a great place to work. Most of the staff has been with us for years, and the firm culture allows for a balanced lifestyle with time for coaching soccer and baseball, spending time with family, and taking an active role in our community. We have an active social life within the firm, and annually stage an Octoberfest, firm picnic, shrimp boil and catered Christmas party.
Barron & Redding provides a great opportunity for entry-level and experienced attorneys seeking challenge, responsibility and quality of life.
