Mr. Harris attended Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, where he received a B.A. degree in Communications. Mr. Harris was a collegiate debater and qualified and participated in the National Debate Tournament during his college years. While in law school, Mr. Harris was a member of the Florida State University College of Law Review. During his final year of law school, Mr. Harris served the Law Review as the Recent Developments Editor.
