On May 5, 2018, the Bay County Bar Association partnered with the Panhandle Runners Club for the 33rd annual Race Judicata 5K. Chaired by Barron & Redding, the event had approximately 70 runners participate in the race. Ethan Mines, a sophomore at the University of Alabama, won the 5K in 16:34. Twelve year-old Rory Claussen of the Shaldera Track Club won the Women’s title for the second year in a row in 20:22. All proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Shaldera Track Club, a local area nonprofit.

Barron & Redding is pleased to announce that Devin D. Collier has joined the firm! Prior to Barron & Redding, Devin practiced as an Assistant State Attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit where he was a felony trial division chief. Devin began his career as an appellate attorney practicing primarily before Florida’s First District Court of Appeals. During his career, he has tried approximately thirty-five jury trials to verdict.
