For the fourth year in a row, Ted Howell, a shareholder with the firm of Barron & Redding, has been recognized by his peers as a member of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars. The Rising Stars recognizes the top attorneys in the state under the age of 40 and represents less than 2.5% of the attorneys in the state. Ted maintains a broad-based civil litigation practice.
Mike Dickey recently completed training in Collaborative Law, a unique approach to resolution of divorce cases through cooperation and free exchange of information. Mike’s mediation practice has included resolution of family disputes for the last several years, and collaborative law provides a means of approaching these cases in a way that reduces cost and improves the satisfaction of the parties with the outcome.
Barron & Redding, P.A. is pleased to announce that Governor Rick Scott has appointed Jeffrey Carter to the 14th Judicial Nominating Commission (“JNC”). Mr. Carter fills a vacant seat on the JNC and was appointed from a list of nominees submitted by the Florida Bar for a term beginning January 25, 2016 and ending July 1, 2019.
