Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights

The firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice includes the representation of creditors including banks, other institutions and individuals with issues relating to financially troubled businesses and individuals.  We have worked on numerous loan and debt workouts, both in and out of bankruptcy court. We have experience representing creditors in all types of bankruptcy cases, and have also prosecuted foreclosures and other collection actions in both state and federal courts.  Our attorneys also have expertise in post-judgment collection matters, and are well-versed in state and federal collection and exemption laws. 

Our goals in working with creditors in these situations is to protect our clients' collateral and legal interests, and to maximize the available return while minimizing the additional costs associated with workouts or collection efforts.
